We use safe, eco-friendly, and high-quality products. If you have specific preferences or allergies, just let us know and we will accommodate. We can also use your own cleaning products if you wish.
4. Is the team trained and insured?
Yes, all of our staff is professionally trained, and we are insured for your complete peace of mind.
5. How far in advance should I schedule a cleaning?
We recommend scheduling at least 48 hours in advance, especially for deep cleanings or large services. But if you have an emergency, please contact us!
6. Do I have to be home during the cleaning?
It's not required, although it's your decision. You can allow us access and expect a spotless home upon your return.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept wire transfers, Zelle, Venmo, and credit/debit cards through our customer payment system on our website.
8. Do you offer recurring service?
Yes! You can schedule weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings with a discount based on frequency.

10. What if I'm not satisfied with the service?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If something didn't turn out the way you expected, contact us within the first 24 hours and we'll resolve it at no additional cost.
